Dramatic natural-edge pieces beside quieter bowls, burl beside clean maple — the range is deliberate. Each addition is chosen so the collection holds together as a real body of material-led work.

Pennsylvania hardwoods Every piece starts with a local log chosen for its grain, figure, and edge — not forced into a form, but shaped around what the wood already has.
One of one No two are the same. The figure, rim, and profile of each bowl come directly from the specific blank it was turned from — not a repeated template.
Made to be used Finished food-safe with mineral oil and beeswax or Osmo hard oil. These work on a table, a shelf, or a collector’s pedestal — function and form together.
Consistent craft Twelve-plus years at the lathe shows up in the quiet decisions: wall thickness, balance in hand, and a finish that deepens the figure rather than masking it.
